We are seeking a highly-organized and motivated Assistant to Manager （Mandarin Speaker) to support our operation. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin ( spoken and written) and possess strong communication skills to assist in daily operations and coordinate tasks between teams.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 40 years old
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading Mandarin, and translating it into Indonesian
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Disciplined, meticulous, practical, hardworking, and a team player
- Able to drive and have active SIM A or SIM C
Job Description:
- Provide Mandarin to Indonesian translation and vice versa
- Communicate and coordinate effectively to complete daily tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure translations are accurate, contextually correct, and free from grammatical or interpretative errors
- Maintain confidentiality of information disclosed in meetings
