- Supervise the activity of the team at Bar Section and assists the Managers in controlling the day to day operations.
- Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all bartender, track beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning.
- Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Bar Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing.
- Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the bar/pantry area as well as maintaining the inventory for alcohol, drinks and other bar supplies.
- Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude.
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
- Must be a highly committed individual.
- Well groomed and Presentable.
- Willing to work late hours.
