Description
– Analyzing technical drawings and product specifications
– Calculating raw material requirements based on the provided designs and specifications
– Estimating production costs based on material prices, labor time, and other factors
– Preparing cost estimates and price quotations for clients or project management
– Coordinating with design and production teams
– Monitoring design or specification changes and recalculating cost estimates as needed
– Experienced in the furniture industry
– Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCad 2D, 3D & Microsoft Excel
– Ability to work in a team, coordinate well with management, multitask, be meticulous, and have high analytical skills
– Knowledgeable about construction materials and specifications
