PT Airindo Sakti is engaged in the sales and distribution of several world-leading and high quality industrial heavy machinery products for several key areas including: Mining, Construction & Heavy Equipment (Soosan, Atlas Copco, Tonly). Material Handling and Industrial (Brokk, Hyundai Xite) Power Generation (various brands) and JCB.
PT Airindo Sakti’s Semarang Branch is the company’s third largest branch behind Jakarta Headquarters and Surabaya. Since its inception, the Semarang Branch is equipped with talented and dedicated individuals in serving the business needs of Contractors and Clients in Central Java Area.
Under the direct supervision of the Director and the overall supervision of the President Director, the Branch Coordinator will be responsible in ensuring smooth operations in the branch and ensuring annual sales targets are achieved
Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of operations in the branch including but not limited to financial management, human resource management and general affairs
- Lead the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
- Obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the customer.
- Control and monitoring sales, after sales, technician team.
- To ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be an advantage
- At least 5 years of working experience with Heavy Equipment either in direct sales or leasing
- Having experience leads branch and team for at least 2 years
- Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Result oriented and able to deliver sales target
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive level contacts
- Willing to be placed in Central Java (Semarang)
