Requirements
- Graduated from Bachelor / Master degree any major
- At least 5 years of working experience in Heavy Equipment Industry is ADVANTAGE.
- Good knowledge of heavy equipment product i.e. Excavator, backhoe loader, wheel loader, genset, etc. is ADVANTAGE.
- Having experience leads branch and team for at least 2 years
- Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Result oriented and able to deliver sales target
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive level contacts
- Willing to be placed in Central Java (Semarang)
 
Responsibilities:
- Obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the customer.
- Achieve sales target.
- Control and monitoring sales, after sales, technician team.
- To ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team
