Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Koordinator Cabang located in Semarang. The Koordinator Cabang will be responsible for supervising and leading the daily operations of their branch, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will work closely with other teams and managers to ensure the smooth operation of the branch, and must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
 
Qualifications
 
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry or sales is a plus
- Willing be placed at Bandung or Semarang
