Deskripsi Pekerjaan
KEY TASKS
· Responsible for all sales and business development duties including calling on accounts to increase revenue and profit.
· Responsible for managing and growing local sales, deep selling current local customer base, and selling logistics solutions to customers.
· Build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders, mainly customers, vendors, and regulators.
· Creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market
· Identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to management.
· Ensuring smooth operational process in accordance to company procedures and service levels.
· Managing end to end functions in the branch organization in order to maintain standard procedure and services.
· Identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations to constantly improve
· Review, report, and provide weekly and monthly performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
· University Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience highly preferred
· 7+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role, preferably in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, or Trucking Services
· Experience in industry with sales and business development required, with ocean and air freight sales experience highly preferred
· Excellent customer service and execution skills
· Good leadership to manage and boost team’s performance
· Proactive approach to solving problems
· Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
· Ability to work under time pressure
