Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Maximum age 40 years
- Minimum have Bachelor Degree education in all majors
- Have at least 3 years experience as a branch manager in a finance company
- Have high creativity and innovation ideas to support the achievement of targets
- Have good leadership and network
- Have analytical power, thorough, honest, communicative and responsible
- Mastering Ms. Office
- Willing to be placed in all SMSF branches throughout Indonesia
 
Job Description:
- Develop strategies to achieve company targets
- Supervise and coordinate branch operational activities
- Developing branch operational activities
- Observation of the performance of branch employees
- Provide solutions to problems that exist in branches
