JOB SUMMARY:
– Developing new customers and following up with existing ones
– Proposing services and negotiating contracts
– Visiting clients and strengthening relationships
– Operations Management, Supervising and coordinating forwarding operations
– Managing and adjusting transportation schedules
– Guiding the team and training staff
– Managing revenue and costs
– Preparing and submitting financial reports
– Reviewing and managing expenses
– Improving and optimizing business processes
– Reporting to upper management and proposing strategies
– Coordinating with local staff and the Japanese headquarters
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
Language: Able to speak and write in English (Fluent)
Experience:
– Min. 5 years experience as Forwarding Sales Assistant Manager or Manager in the Japanese Freight Forwarding company
– Having subordinate & branch management
– Experience as sales hunter or hunting new client in Semarang area
Driver Licence : SIM A
