Our company established since 45 years ago with 1.000 employees and our business is in manufacturing, selling, marketing, distributing various raw materials products of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, water treatment, food & beverage, bakery etc and distributed through our several branch offices in all big cities throughout Indonesia.
Our company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to develop and manage the sales of our company’s products.                   
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Able to forecast sales and manage branch stock levels.
- Able to achieve sales targets and sales growth.
- Experience in managing and monitoring AR customers and resolving payment problems with customers.
- Experience in implementing ISO quality management system (Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions).
- Manage daily activities of sales goals, responsible for adherence to the branch standardized quality processes, manages and directs the processing and accuracy of each branch inventory both book and physical.
- Ensure employees execute in an efficient, accurate, timely and cost-effective manner by allocating work assignments, monitoring productivity and procures resources to facilitate the branch goals.
- Perform outside sales duties that require a high level of professionalism and a self motivating attitude.
- Regularly review and analyze reports to evaluate sales. Provides one-on-one feedback and hands on training to increase sales productivity and quality, in accordance with branch standards. 
- Learn about competitors’ products and consumers’ interest and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information. 
- Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. graduated Bachelor Degree major in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or other.
- Min. 10 years experience in selling chemical ingredients/raw materials in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food & beverage, water treatment industries as well retail sales would be an advantage.
- Can speak Mandarin / Hokkien would be an advantage.
- Experience in handling account sales of at least IDR 5 M / month.
- Experience in managing at least 20 staff from several divisions such as sales, admin, warehouse etc.
- Able to analyze and evaluate data properly (sales data, sales performance, trends, growth etc).
- Have good presentation skills and able to convince the audience.
- Have the ability to negotiate/argue/convince both external (customers) and internal (company related department).
- Have the ability and experience to handle new projects (New Product Development) in penetration into existing and new markets.
- Proficiency to use of computer and software programs including word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications.
- Integrity, honest, firm, thorough, disciplined, committed, responsible, willing to take risks, able to make decisions quickly and accurately and can be trusted.
