Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales plans and strategies in the assigned area to achieve sales targets, especially in government relations
2. Observing changes in government policies in the education sector.
3. Ensure all sales and marketing activities are in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
4. Prepare performance reports for management and recommend necessary actions to achieve goals.
5. Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves those goals
Qualification
1. Minimum S1 education from all majors.
2. Have more than 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales, preferably in the education industry, especially school book publishers.
3. Leadership abilities to motivate and develop strong sales and management team members.
4. Able to develop effective sales strategies based on data and market research.
5. Ability to negotiate and build relationships with customers, distributors, and bookstores.
6. It has an extensive network of relationships in the publishing industry, including relationships with authors, bookstores, and related organizations.
7. Have creative thinking to develop new ideas in book sales and marketing as well as identify and explore new market opportunities.
