Requirements :
- Maximal age 40 years old
- Minimal S1 any major
- Minimal 2 years experience in the same field
- Extensive sales network in the adhesive & chemical products
- Able to seek and establish good relationships with customers
- Willing to be placed at Semarang Branch
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to make plans and new strategies to increase sales and branch profit (marketing research & strategy)
- Coordinate all the branch activities (sales, administration, warehouse, AR, finance) to achieve the target
- Find a new market opportunities for product development, find the best solution to solve all the customer claim / complain (customer retention & handling)
