Summary: 
This candidate will play a key role in the company and in generating new business in the supply chain, logistics, and freight forwarding industry. This individual will also be responsible for curating relationships in new verticals, managing customer relationships, contract negotiation, and customer service activities.
Job Description:
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects. 
- Conduct thorough market research to seek out and identify sales opportunities actively.
- Create frequent reviews and reports for clients to consider KPIs.
- Participate on behalf of the company in industry-related exhibitions or conferences.
- Overall management of client relationships, satisfaction, and supply chain. 
Requirements: 
- 5-10 years of proven work experience in similar companies, with a strong client portfolio and active accounts, is required.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in any subjects
- English is a must.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of project management, account operations, and best practices.
- High achiever, self-driven, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, especially when presenting data to key decision-makers on the team.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
