Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to promote IAT products to end users.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations and reports in a timely manner.
- Proactively engage with customers and end users to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits and perform fieldwork outside the office as assigned.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide weekly (daily during the initial phase) updates to the line manager.
- Provide frontline and after-sale service responses and support to customers, coordinating with HQ for unresolved issues.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Agriculture, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, including rural areas.
- Own a vehicle is an advantage
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
