Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in any major with related field in CFT.
- Minimum five years experience in adidas CFT at Garment Manufacturing.
- Have minimum 3 years as a leader in CFT.
- Has bigger view to thinking and action in perspective of company
- Keep good record and maintenance of system, manuals, and working procedure for whole team and collaboration with team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Can speak English in intermediate level is essential for this role.
- Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function.
- Certified Factory Technician has the authority and responsibility to reject sample or sample orders if they do not meet adidas accepted quality level
- Willing to be placed in Jepara – Central Java.
