Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Tavern Group Semarang. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, supervising junior chefs, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. The Chef De Partie will also contribute to menu planning and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
1. Proven 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
2. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
4. Strong leadership and teamwork skills
5. Attention to detail and passion for food
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
8. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
Persyaratan minimum:- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
