Urgently Required for Chemical Engineering. Placement at PT. Longhi Technology Indonesia, Kawasan Industri Kendal, Center Java :
- Chemistry major, familiar with shoe bottom formula and raw materials required in the formula (rubber and chemical)
- Base on the performance requirement of the sole, create formula to make sure meet the physical, chemical and mechanical properties standards
- Base on the test results and the testing feedback from customer, to improve the formula and optimize costs at the same time
- Participate in the supervision and optimization of SOP during the production process, to ensure the stability of production and solve material problems during production process
- To ensure the performance, reduce production costs through adjusting formulas, optimizing production processes, etc.
- Provide technical training about material and formula for production lines and related departments, to ensure the production personnel can understand and apply correctly
- Provide technical support to the production line and quality management department to solve material problems when come aross material problems during the production process
- Conduct verification testing according to the test items in the test report to make sure the indicators all are within the specified range
- Record and manage formulas and testing data to ensure that they can be referenced and reused in future development processes
- Ensure that the materials comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations, also including environmental protection, safety, material use, etc.
- Cooperate with production team to explore and carry out process improvements to improve material utilization and production efficiency.
