Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible & consulted for Pre-Operational activity such as: Create price estimation on utility service charged to unit owner, calculate vendor & manpower for operational cost, provide advise during drawing & installation process, etc.
- Carry out & consulted on Prevention Maintenance activity such as: Attend inspection for defect list, join on site training for outsourcing company, responsible for quality assurance for by carried out M/E audit, provide advise during M/E SOP periodical review, etc. Need to update to be more active verb (i.e., repair, etc.)
- Responsible & consulted on Company Outsourcing activity such as: Create defect list & monitor the rectification progress, provide advise on facilities installation until problems are solved, etc.
- Ensure all safety equipment works building (Emergency lamp, pressure fan, exit mark, MCFA system, Leak gas Detector, Fire Extinguisher, Hydrant, Sprinkler etc).
- Preventive maintenance activities on the building management team in accordance with the established safety standards.
- The way of division of space (compartmentation) in accordance with safety standards set by local governments and companies.
- Having experience in hoispital is a PLUS.
