We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to the role of Chief Financial Officer for our client. Our client is a Food and Beverage service established in 2002, which began its expansion by opening new outlets in 2012. The company’s structure comprises headquarters, a factory located in Boyolali, and various outlets. Currently, they operate a total of 57 outlets and aims to increase this number to 77 by the end of the year. The total headcount stands at 1500 employees.The CFO will report directly to the CEO.
Job Description:
- Responsibility is to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, tax, and finance functions
- Ensuring fiscal responsibility
- Contributing to overall business growth
- Possess strategic financial leadership
- Extensive experience in the F&B sector
- Involved in overseeing financial aspects at every outlet, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, journals, and other standard measurements
- Will play a role in the production factory located in Boyolali.
Requirement:
- The ideal candidate should have leadership experience and demonstrate adherence to values in both professional and personal conduct.
- Preference will be given to candidates located in Central Java.
- A background in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
- Candidates should possess exceptional talent, skills, and attitude, balancing humility with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
