- Bachelor Degree Graduated
- Responsible for analyze General Services conditions to prevent any complaints, complete tenants’ complain within the scope effectively, provide & monitor education / training to on-site staff effectively & continuously.
- Able to do Vendor Management
- Responsible for General Services’s vendors evaluation
- Provide suggestions regarding General Services cost reduction continuously
- Responsible for General Services Reporting activity, such as: Create monthly report for Director & owner
- Consulted on any Project Pre-Operational activity
- Implement safety and hygiene standards in accordance with predetermined provision
- Obey and carry out company’s vision, code of conduct, rules and regulations set by the company (inc. carry out assignment as temporary replacement within team)
- Experience in Property Company especially Property Management
- Good proficiency in English communication
- Having experience in Hospital is a PLUS
