PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.
Security Supervisor supervises, plans, and organizes all security operational activities in the factory site.
The general responsibility covers:
- Responsible for the security of company assets and order within the Company.
- Able to create security SOPs, schedule security tasks both new and developmental.
- Controlling security performance in carrying out security SOPs and taking corrective actions to improve the security system.
- Provide training for security members to support security in maintaining stamina at work.
- Carry out security member coaching.
- Able to establish good relationships with internal parties of the Company and with stakeholders in an effort to optimize security within the Company.
- Make reports either daily, monthly or annually to the Leadership.
 
To hold the position, you must have:
- Minimum of diploma degree
- Posses ”Gada Utama” training certificate and active membership ID.
- Posses at least 3 years working experience as Chief Security in factory.
- Posses investigative skills..
- Experience in coordinating of 100 security personnel.
- Good communication to Top Management & company stakeholders.
- Proficient in relevant software and hardware.
