- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance, banking, or leasing companies.
- Experience handling delinquent accounts or collections is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customers’ repayment capacity.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits.
Responsibilities :
- Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, email, or in person
- Visit customers to follow up on delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment p
- Monitor customers’ payment schedules and ensure timely repayments
- Submit regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.
