Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
· Conduct daily attendance data checks and verify HRIS talenta data
· Execute employee business travel ticketing processes in accordance with company regulations
· Calculate meal allowances, overtime, and business travel expenses
· Compute deductions for BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and monthly health insurance
· Report monthly summaries of meal allowances, overtime, business travel expenses, insurance, and BPJS
· Update employee compensation and benefits according to the latest regulations
· Manage employee satisfaction levels
 
Qualification:
· Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
· Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource
  Management / Accounting, with a GPA of 3.00
· Experienced and familiar with using HRIS (Talenta)
· Experienced in HR Payroll
· Proficient in using Excel (vlookup, hlookup, if, etc.)
· Possess good attention to detail
· Preferably based in Semarang (Central Java)
