Qualifications & experience
- PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : -Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or other related fields – minimum 1 year of experience in similar FMCG sector. – Proven knowledge in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma or related Continuous Improvement Methodology
Tasks & responsibilities
- 1. 1. Loss Analysis – Loss Analysis Coordinate the loss analysis activities (i.e Deep Dive) to generate improvement initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Service & Cost. – Quantify the saving/performance impact each initiative – Assist CI Supervisor to prioritize improvement to be executed.
- 2. Loss Prevention – Ensure the roll out of Autonomous Maintenance Team -Evaluate the effectiveness of Preventive Maintenance activities. -Assist CI Supervisor to develop training & assessment -Assist CI Supervisor to develop multiskilled operator. -Actively involved in Daily Operation Review
