Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in costing, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with accounting and costing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or relevant software)
- Experience in companies with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Understanding of production processes and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee and control the product costing process, including cost analysis and report preparation
- Develop and implement effective costing procedures
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and finance departments to ensure data accuracy
- Provide regular costing reports to management to support business decision-making
- Analyze cost variances and propose solutions for production cost efficiency
- Manage the costing team, including training and skill development of staff
