Credit Operation Officer (Administration Officer)

Job Desk:
- Data Entry – input customer data to system (confins)
- Phone Verification – conduct validation to the customer.
- AR support – remind customer regarding the installment.
- Work together with credit analyst, operations team to ensure the business process going smooth.
- Supporting any kind related to BPKB Process, Fiducia, Insurance.
- Prepare report in daily, monthly.
Requirement:
- Experience as Credit Operation or Admin Operation in Car Leasing Company, min 3 years.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree from reputable university any major.
- Familiar in data processing and analytical (in Ms. Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
- Target oriented, good communication skill.
- Able to work under the pressure and conduct deliverable of work done in properly manner.
- Status : under – HR Partner
