Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualification:
- Have a minimum graduated level of education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent, preferably within Logistics or Management
- Have a minimum working experiences in 4 years
- Age minimum 27 – 35 years old
- Understanding of international trade and customs processes
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity with a commitment to compliance with domestic and foreign laws and regulations
- Experience with a customs broker
- Available to work extended hours.
Jobdesc:
- Correspondence to customers, agents and coloders.
- Experience of at least 4 years in the same position
- Search for schedules that are in accordance with the customer’s shipping schedule, and discuss with the customer about all possibilities with the schedule.
- Booking to shipping lines or airlines
- Make the delivery of documents properly and correctly to the customer and to the vendor / shipping until it is completed carefully without any errors.
- Inputting the necessary document requirements and costs incurred for document retrieval/export/import at shipping/NVOCC/Airlines/Coloder completely, and updated data is given to finance
- Update shipment status to customer or agent
