CUSTOMER CARE – ENGLISH AGENT
Job Placement in Semarang, Jogja dan Solo
Qualification :
- Minimum D3 / S1 in any fields
- GPA min. 2.75
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Experienced as Customer Service / Call Center is a plus
- Communicative & no local accent
- Must be proficient in English
- Willing to work in shift
- Willing to be place in Semarang – Central of Java.
Jobdescription :
- Handling customer complain via digital or voice
- Identify and evaluate customer complains & issues
