Qualification:
- Max 30th
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Public Relation or Communication
- Have experience minimum 1 year as Customer Relation or Account Manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Good in english both speaking & written
 
Job Description:
- Accept incoming call from customer or prospective costumer
- Confirmation renewal contract of customer
- Make a survey satisfaction customer
- Updating to sales if there’s any new information from existing customer to sales (upselling)
- Updating to sales if there’s any trouble from customer
- Retention customer if they try to terminate
