Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Roles & Responsibilities* 
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Co-ordinate with domestics’ carriers, trucker’s vendors and customers for daily order drop bookings and cargo delivery timeliness and seek customer approval for shipment, 
- Ensuring smooth WH activity process monitoring and execution (in-out) handling 
- Co-ordinate with warehouse operations team to truck required containers from import, intra DC transfer and assist in warehouse operations when required. 
- Provide excellent customer service support. Co-ordinate closely with the relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with CS and customer related WH ops activity and monitor overtime WH
- Ensuring monthly stock inventory checking is accurately between system record and actual 
- Ensuring GWP (good warehouse practice) is well implemented and 5S compliance 
 
Qualification*
- Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
- Knowledge in domestics warehouse ops will be added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
