Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Having at least 2 years’ experience with similar position in International Freight Forwarding.
· Good Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistic Industry and operational procedures, including Customs Clearance
· Customer satisfaction oriented
· Manage shipping schedule from liners and booking
· Monitoring documents BL process/production, manifest
· Pre alert customer/destination office for departure, vessel delay, rollover over cargo or unclearance cargo
· Follow up any issues/inquiries from customers/agents
