Responsibilities
- Answering an Incoming Calls, Chats and Respond to Emails.
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media.
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
- Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
- Knowledge in MS and CRM related software is essential
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma
- 1 years work experience in Hospitality service, open for fresh graduates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity.
- Flexible for Shifting schedule and changes along with it.
- Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons.
