Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation or a related field is preferred
- Must have 2-3 years experience in custom clearance of handling import shipment
- Great knowledge in documentation: draft PIB, Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List
- Good in communication skill (English preferable)
- Experienced working in the logistics / freight forwarding company
Responsibilities:
- Handle all import and export process with local documents (CIPL, BL, Form E, etc)
- Make draft PIB and prepared PIB payment
- Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule
- Familiar communicate with customer
- Responsible to manage end to end import administration and its document
- Create report for every job
