Key Responsibilities:
- To own monitor + drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customer within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipe line so as to close profitable + sustainable customer deals (For Marketing)
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products
- To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
- Develop good relationship and fast communication with customers dedicated to provide 5 star service to client
- Assist in the preparation of quotation and able to understand customer needs regarding logistics, as well give the right solution
- Provide high standards of customer service consistently and continuosly
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Maximum 35 years Old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel level and Fluently in English (Written and Speaking)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (for Customer Service) in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (Air and Sea)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced enviroment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Location at Puri Anjasmoro Semarang / Raya Darmo Square Surabaya
