Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1.Process costumer order received by Costumer Service Departement Head 
2. Communicate with Head Office 
for approval Good Shipment 
3. Inform warehouse the approval 
of Sales Order and Delivery 
order, so the goods can be shipped 
4. In the end of the month, collect data of hard copy delivery order from warehouse that can be invoiced 
5. Communicate clearly 
and effectively with costumer 
6. Work with costumer 
service supervisor to ensure 
proper costumer service is 
being delivered
