We are a leading logistics company specializing in export-import services, seeking a qualified Customs Coordinator with a PPJK License to oversee customs operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Review and verify import/export documentation and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and address any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on customs laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Lead and support the Junior Operations Support and Billing & Payment Staff.
- Optimize customs operations for efficiency and timely processing.
Qualifications:
- Valid PPJK License is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and customs procedures.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customs management software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
