PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Customs Specialist (Special Economic Zone) with the following details:
 
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with GPA>3.50.
- 3 Years + work experience in the customs-related area. Be familiar with the import and export operation process and carry out the processing trade process.
- Familiar with MS Office, ERP, and ECustom Clearance Software.
- Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
- Must be familiar and have previous exposure in handling special economic zones (SEZ) or Kawasan Ekonomi Kendal.
- Understanding of Chinese is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
 
Job Descriptions
- Review the documents of import and export business, ensure the accuracy of customs declaration documents, ensure the smooth implementation of customs declaration of import and export materials, track the whole process of customs clearance of import and export goods, timely handle the problems in the process of customs clearance, and improve the efficiency of customs declaration. After the completion of customs clearance, the customs declaration documents shall be returned in time and kept properly according to the requirements of the customs.
- Timely handle all kinds of permits required in the process of customs clearance of import and export goods, conduct follow-up supervision according to the requirements for the use of certificates, and timely complete the monthly report and various material data statistics forms required by relevant departments. Having the ability to simulate the tariff and duties including HMF and MPF based on the complex nature of solar products with difficult HTS codes.
- Understand and master the risk control points of L/C presentation, and effectively promote the smooth development of document presentation.
- Timely apply for and handle the filing, change and verification of electronic manuals and account books, ensure the smooth development of the company’s processing trade, declare and pay taxes on a monthly basis, cooperate with the tax declaration requirements, and timely deliver tax receipts Timely handle processing trade outsourcing processing, deep processing carry forward filing and verification, avoid bonded supervision risk, regularly audit the loss of bonded bill of materials, and ensure that the loss data in the manual and account book are consistent with the actual production.
- Strictly monitor the circulation of bonded materials and finished products, prevent the use of bonded materials and finished products for non-processing trade, and avoid the loss of bonded materials and finished products. Regularly train the internal personnel of the factory on the customs regulations on bonded goods, and improve the management level of all employees on bonded materials.
- Keep good communication with the customs and other government agencies, know the latest import and export related laws and regulations, make use of relevant preferential policies to promote the company continuously, and complete other work arranged by department leaders.
