- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related areas
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles within the finance sector
- Experience in analyzing financial data such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial projections
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including automated financial reporting, macros, and VBA analysis
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software for data integration
Job Descriptions: - Collect, organize, and ensure the accuracy of financial data from various departments
- Analyze production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations for optimization
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecast production needs, and analyze budget variances
- Prepare financial reports, create dashboards, and communicate insights to management
- Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and monitor key performance indicators
- Identify and assess financial risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
- Work closely with other departments to gather data, share insights, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
