About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Nakabi Official. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the company’s digital marketing strategies and initiatives, with a focus on enhancing our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving sustainable growth. This is a full-time position based in Purbalingga, Central Java.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop effective digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure strategies remain relevant.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven reporting.
- Recommend strategic changes based on data evaluation.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to design creative and innovative growth strategies to expand market reach and improve conversions.
- Provide input for product development based on market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns and conduct continuous optimization.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and SEO.
- Experienced in using analytical tools like Google Analytics or other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with proven achievements in increasing sales and brand awareness.
- Preferably experienced in the fashion or skincare industry.
- Skilled in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective digital marketing strategies.
- Capable of managing marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking abilities.
