Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital systems/applications in the factory.
- Gather and determine system and device requirements necessary for digital project implementation.
- Support digital project implementation to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct training sessions for users on the implemented systems.
- Troubleshoot issues on the existing digital solutions/applications and provide solutions.
- Report progress of the digitalization journey to stakeholders.
Skill and competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective training and coordination.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Proficient in project management and cross-team coordination.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and providing user support.
- Previous experience through internships, personal projects, or prior job roles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of systems/applications (nice to have).
- Basic skills in developing/designing applications/systems (nice to have).
- Experience in developing dashboards in PowerBI (nice to have).
