PT Adventa Biotech International is a company operating in the pharmaceutical products industry for humans and the medical device industry. Our company is located in the Kendal Industrial Area (KIK).
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the finance team, ensuring effective performance management, professional development, and alignment with organisational goals foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national tax regulations and laws Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Manage the preparation and submission of statutory financial reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the project.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budget management, cash flow, and financial reporting.
