PT Indo Makmur Foods memberi kesempatan untuk bergabung bersama Director’s Assistant di Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up, manages the schedule/ calendar for Director including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements, and keep up to date with all new activities
- Responsible for answering calls, answering messages, correspondence
- Daily update to Director on what needs to be completed and agenda each day
- Prepare reports and presentations and maintain a good administration of the office filing system
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, including high-priority projects that need general support
- Organizing the Director’s schedule including plan any travel arrangements that need to be made.
- Manage a good of travel itinenary
- Other ad-hoc task
Job Requirements
- Male
- Bachelors Degree in Secretarial or related background
- Minimum 2 years job experience in Executive Assistant/Secretary
- Fluent in Chinese and English both spoken and written will be plus point
- Must have good communication skills and nd interpersonal skills (Ability to communicate to all levels)
- Have excellent time management skills and able to juggle several tasks at once.
- Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft applications (Office, Outlooks)
- Honest, hard working, proactive, quick learner, conscientious and willing to travel
- Willing to be placed in Kabupaten Semarang
