Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, or Environmental Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an EHS role in a manufacturing environment.
- Must possess an AK3U Certification by KEMNAKER RI.
- Additional certifications in EHS-related fields are an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Able to create safety posters or signage designs.
- Willing to be placed in Kendal Industrial Area (KIK), Central Java.
Responsibilities:
Implementing Safety Procedures
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Conducting Risk Assessments
Perform regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks in the workplace.
Training and Awareness Programs
Organize and conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees to promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Incident Investigation and Reporting
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine the root causes and develop preventive measures. Prepare and maintain incident reports and documentation.
Monitoring and Compliance
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Work closely with the relevant departments to address any non-compliance issues.
Emergency Response Planning
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, including conducting regular drills and training sessions to prepare employees for potential emergencies.
Collaboration with Authorities
Liaise with government authorities, such as KEMNAKER RI, to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with external parties during audits and inspections.
EHS Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation, including permits, safety data sheets, and inspection reports. Provide regular reports to management on EHS performance and improvements.
