Purpose of the job :
 
Promote healthy working relationships and take appropriate initiatives to minimize absenteeism and turnover of the employees.
 
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Fresh graduates are welcome !
- Required Skill(s): people management, communication, administrations.
- Ability to working in shift basis.
