Engineering Manager

Job responsibilities,
1. Under the guidance of the senior manager of the engineering department, implement and continuously optimize the overall strategy and management system of the engineering department to ensure that the department’s work is highly consistent with the company’s principles and policies
2. Manage and coordinate the problems in the daily work of each team in the department, and deal with key and difficult problems in the work at the same time, be responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure smooth cooperation with upstream and downstream related departments
3. Be responsible for the work task allocation and personnel scheduling of each team under this department, ensure the reasonable allocation of any work tasks and complete them on time
4. Conduct monthly performance appraisals for level 3 and level 4 personnel every month conduct annual performance appraisals for all team members at the end of each year
5. Be responsible for the first-level approval of the department’s material purchase order, practice economy, eliminate waste, and ensure the rationality and economy of material procurement
6. Establish and implement the annual education and training plan of this department, supervise the organization and implementation of subordinate teams, and ensure the technical Personnel master the necessary technology and skills
7. Prepare and implement the maintenance, overhaul and renovation plans and spare parts safety inventory plans for all production workshop machinery and equipment, urge subordinate teams to complete them on time, and organize acceptance and trial to handle the company’s production at the same time, prepare technical documents for various production equipment such as maintenance instructions, operating procedures, etc.
8. Regularly inspect the equipment and facilities of all production workshops, focus on safety hazards and failure rates, promptly discover and solve problems, and ensure the effective operation of production equipment and facilities
9. Responsible for various types of transactional maintenance or renovation needs proposed by various departments within the company, and arrange corresponding maintenance and renovation work in accordance with the principle of emergency priority
10. Follow up the maintenance and renovation projects issued by the company to the engineering department, promptly propose design plans, issue engineering drawings and engineering lists, etc., from project establishment to construction, acceptance, and commissioning
11. Complete temporary affairs assigned by superiors.
Requirments,
1. Education : College degree or above
2. Major : Mechatronics or Engineering
3. Work Location : Kendal Industrial Semarang
6. Work Experience : More than 5 years of relevant work experience, those with experience in team management of more than 100 people are preferred
4. Professional Skills:
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit and good communication and coordination skills
- Have relevant experience in the early layout of new plants and the introduction of new equipment into mass production
- Familiar with the use of various drawing software such as CAD, ProE, etc.
- Have rich experience in engineering project management and can issue qualified engineering drawings, engineering lists, etc. (mechanical drawings, machine parts drawings, workshop/building plans)
- Familiar with the repair and maintenance of various mechanical equipment, such as PVC equipment (film machine), high-frequency blowing equipment (high-frequency machine), loosening equipment (pulling machine, shearing machine), and those who have experience in the operation, repair, maintenance and transformation of the above equipment are preferred.
