Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage and maintain production equipment, including carrying out preventive maintenance and corrective action
2. Liaise with product design and development teams to ensure efficient, manufacturable design
3. Develop and implement SOP and ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulation
4. Manage process improvement, including planning, implementation and evaluation of result
5. Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth production flow and timely product delivery
Qualifications:
1. Maximum age 45 years
2. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with GPA > 3.00
3. Minimum 5 years experience as an engineering manager at a manufacturing company.
4. Ability to lead and manage a team, with skills in project planning and execution
5. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Solid Work or similar software
6. Capable in deployment of TPM strategy & continuous improvement programs.
7. Familiar with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
9. Understand about HSE
10. Able to control spare part inventory
