Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities of Engineering Supervisor:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to restore equipment functionality promptly.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
- Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Prepare reports on maintenance performance, including equipment status and maintenance metrics.
Recruitment of Engineering Supervisor:
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with some supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a maintenance environment.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
