Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of an S1 degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in PPIC in furniture Industry.
- Attributes:
- English in reading and writing is a must!
- Proactive and hardworking.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled at identifying and analyzing problems.
- Understanding of production planning, inventory management, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
As a PPIC staff member, your responsibilities would include:
- Developing efficient schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and raw material availability.
- Ensuring sufficient resources to meet production targets on time.
- Monitoring operations according to the plan.
- Identifying and addressing issues during the production process.
- Ensuring production processes adhere to established standards.
- Managing work in progress, finished product inventory.
- Calculating inventory needs based on demand, production cycles, and relevant policies.
- Coordinating with relevant divisions to ensure production planning.
- Generating reports on production performance, target compliance, operational efficiency, and factors affecting production quality and quantity.
- Communicate with internal and external customers/suppliers.
