Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our industrial park. The ideal candidate will manage facilities, tenant relations, and compliance, ensuring the property operates efficiently and meets high standards of safety and functionality. This role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and exceptional service delivery for tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property & Facilities Management:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of buildings, infrastructure, and common areas to meet safety and operational standards.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Manage utilities, parking areas, roads, waste systems, and other key infrastructure.
- Space Planning: Monitor space utilization, manage leasing and tenant expansion, and oversee modifications to optimize estate efficiency.
- Vendor Coordination: Maintain partnerships with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping), ensuring contracts, service delivery, and quality align with expectations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to local and national safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency protocols.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Promote environmentally friendly practices, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
