Qualification :
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management Business Study Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least at least 8 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Industrial park experience is an advantage
- Required Skill(s): Estate Management or property management, water and wastewater Management and other estate Facilities Maintenance and Operations, Security and Community Management
- Having good communication skills
- Strong leadership
